The Competition and Markets Authority has launched an investigation into ticket resale sites after thousands of BTS fans were left out of pocket and locked out of the group's London shows. The scam, which has cost fans an estimated £2 million, involved fake tickets sold on secondary platforms at inflated prices. 'The ARMY has been hit hard,' said a CMA insider.
